Booking procedure:
- Specify the required arriving date
- Enter required departure date
- Indicate the number of Guests, separately identifying adults (over 12 years old) and children
- Click on "Book Now"
- After clicking on the button, you will see a list of rooms that are available for booking on your dates with a description and price.
- Select desired room category, click "Book"
- Check previously selected booking dates and room category
- Specify the requested personal data
- If you wish to pay for your reservation immediately, click on the "Pay" button.
- Enter your bank card details
- Confirm the transaction rules
- Make sure you understand the terms of the cancellation. Separately, check the availability of penalties for cancellation at the last moment
- Click "Confirm"
- Your reservation confirmation will be sent to your email address.
- You can print the indicated confirmation and present it on arrival.
- If you are not able to print a confirmation, be ready to tell the administrator your booking number.
Cancellation policy:
- The link to cancel the reservation is available in the Booking Confirmation letter.

- Click on the "Cancel reservation" link, having previously specified the reservation code and email address
Refund for booking:
- If the canceled reservation was not non-refundable, the funds will be credited to your current account within 4 weeks from the moment of cancellation
- Possibility of withholding fees for canceled booking service.
